A4.Yes, our products are specifically for people who have no time to take care of plants.

Q5.How long can artificial plants be kept?

A5.Under your careful care, artificial plants can live better than any plant.

Q6.I want to rent plant displays for my business, will I have to pay anything upfront?

A6.No, there are no upfront costs. When you order Rented & Maintained displays you only pay a small regularly monthly fee after the plants have been installed.

Q7.Does the simulation plant need me to water regularly？

A7.No, but you can also water it and treat it as a real plant. Because our design is close to the real plants, the water poured will be automatically discharged.

Q8.Can I buy plant displays off you?

A8.Yes, we do sell plant displays on an outright purchase basis. If you’ve got green fingers you can look after them yourself, or we can pick up the maintenance with our Ongoing Maintenance service.

Q9.Is the soil in the potted plants real?

A9.No, the soil in the pot is specially made, in order to avoid insects destroying the soil, we use special materials.

Q10.Can I wash the artificial plants if they are dirty?

A10.You need to use our professional artificial plant cleaning liquid to wipe it.
